AFCM reaches rural areas where poverty is constant, improving lives by providing basic facilities like clean water, medical care, and schools.
Our projects are focused on creating transformational change through community development and empowerment such as Infrastructural projects, educational support and relief through the provision of farming inputs and livestock.
Since Covid and recent global crises, rural communities in Africa have faced worsening poverty, lack of basic facilities, and declining living standards. At AFCM, our mission is to reach these forgotten places — providing clean water, education, healthcare, and sustainable livelihoods. Together, we can create lasting change for generations to come.
