Mr Oluseyi Samuel Olusile - Chairman
Following his degree course in Economics, Oluseyi Samuel Olusile secured employment with West Merchant Bank (WestLB) as an operations officer in 1997, supporting 3 Forex traders and two dealers.
In 1997, he went on to secure employment with one of the world’s top two accountancy firms (Deloitte & Touché) as an Account Manager within the Corporate Recovery section.
In 2003, he set up his own consultancy company called William Bassie Consultancy, working with small/medium sized business in the area of Compliance & Governance.
In 2008, he was approached to provide his services within the charity sector, whilst running his private venture on a much smaller scale.
Apart from his educational backgrounds, he takes a very keen interest in markets and its impact on the world economy, especially Asian and African markets.
His interest in world markets has led him to pursue short courses in Merchant Banking, Impact of the EMU on Financial Markets, and Financial Futures & Options.
He can speak Spanish at a conversational level.
His interests includes cuisines from around the world, and engaging others in political and economic discussions.
He is a practising Christian with strong convictions about his faith.
His vision is to make a positive change in someone’s life, and to assist younger children from less privileged backgrounds reach their full potential and be the best they can be.
He is a dynamic, efficient, versatile and reliable professional, with very effective communication and interpersonal skills.
His ability to offer high standards of professionalism and a positive approach to all situations is a strong asset. His ability to also negotiate on complex business transactions puts him amongst one of the best within his contemporaries.

Mrs Mary Turay-Olusile - Deputy Chairperson
As an Associate Director of Midwifery, Mary Turay-Olusile has over 25 years of NHS experience. She has a MSc in Public Health & Health Economics, PgD in Health Service Management and PGD in Academic Practice.
Dedicated to providing strategic, operational and transformational leadership, she has a track record for innovation and service development through partnership and collaboration with external agencies, including users and staff, to ensure the provision of high quality services responsive to the needs of users and their families and the changing face of healthcare.
She has a strong commitment to providing safe and efficient services through education and the appropriate pathways and processes. With her vested interest in safety, she is co-chair for the Local Maternity and Neonatal System Safety workstream to ensure right governance and shared learning in education and appropriate pathways and processes to improve safety.
She is a firm believer in education and keen on developing others to reach their full potential and has volunteered as a Sunday school teacher in her former church for over 6 years. She's currently the Vice president for her alma mater ex-pupil’s association charity, and prior to this she used to volunteer with ASLAN to feed the homeless.
John Chilenga - Board Member Malawi
A dynamic, selfless, determined and focused leader who by the grace of God has mentored and raised many leaders.
A number of those leaders are Pastors, Professionals, housewives and business people. Loves the Lord and is committed to the great commission and the vision of Bread of Life Church Int'l.
So passionate about soul winning and raising transformational leaders within the body of Christ. By God's grace helped Bread of Life Church Int'l Malawi acquire land for the Church in Lilongwe and are currently building the Mission's house on the same land.
Married to Faith Zulu Chilenga and together blessed with four children, three boys and a daughter.
Mr Oluwaseyi George Olofinjana - Board Member
Oluwaseyi George Olofinjana is married with 2 kids and resident in the United Kingdom. He was until recently a sports administrator in a reputable football club in Switzerland where he was charged with rebuilding the football operations of the one-time highly reputable club, a job he thoroughly enjoyed and dedicated his all to.
In addition, he is a co-owner of a football club in Nigeria (Imperial Football Club) where they take pride in developing young adults into becoming professional football players using sports as the tool to introduce Christ, hence Oluwaseyi’s passion for adding values to lives and leaving the right legacy.
Mr Edward Olabode - Board Member
A devoted family man, Edward Olabode is happily married with four children.
He works in IT service management as a consultant, bringing years of experience into various organisations, and using some of this experience in other facets of life.
He is passionate about the alleviation of poverty, oppression and destitution, and is a firm believer that the church has a major role to play in this. The Bible tells us that "the righteous care about justice for the poor".
He is also a keen sports lover, with a passion for his beloved Arsenal Football Club.
Mr Onasanwo Adelaja Israel - Board Member
Onasanwo Adelaja Israel is a servant leader that has mastered the act of leading from the front and bringing dedication and commitment to every assignment he approaches.
He is an experienced Information Technology Consultant with more than 11 years of delivering excellent services in all kinds of industries including banking, retail, the health sector and much more.
He is highly sought after based on the wealth of experience and knowledge he brings to projects and organisations.
He was part of the team that built the first digital, world class, one-of-a-kind trade floor hubs in the City of London.
He has numerous certifications under his belt.
He is not denominationally centric and that is why he serves in various ministries and currently holds leadership roles in those ministries.
Asayire Kapira - Board Member Malawi
Asayire Kapira holds a Bachelor of Arts Christian Education and an ordained Pastor.
Pastor Kapira heard the call to Ministry in the year 2000 and in the year 2022 went to the Malawi Assemblies of God Theological Seminary for a bachelor’s Degree. Since then, he has pastored 3 churches within Malawi Assemblies of God Church. Pastor Kapira loves winning souls and discipline the new convents
He is married to his wife, Mphatso.
Apart from Ministry work, on a short term basis Pastor Kapira also does consulting and has done extensive work in the Water Sanitation and Hygiene Sector, making him competent in Management & Coordination of Malawi WASH Network Membership, People Management, Advocacy, Community Mobilization and Participatory Methods; Financial/Grants Management Skills; Staff Training and Development; Policy & Strategy Analysis
Pastor Asayire Kapira, puts on the lens of leaving no one behind-(LNOB)and equity and non-discrimination(EQND) in programme implementation approaches even in the Christian Circles.

He acquire his experience through the study of automotive engineering at an advanced level.
He is the Managing Director of HAESCO motors, a company he owns
He is a family man, and a very committed Christian in his local Church, where he is an elder, and holds various leadership positions in the church.
His passion is to see Christians take their place in the market place, conduct their business affairs in line with Christian principles so as to glorify Christ.
He also has a strong passion to see the youth in Malawi grow spiritually and for them be the best God has called them to be.
