On behalf of the entire Board of AFCM, I would like to welcome you to our website.
Since Covid, the world has seen an unprecedented decline in economic activity with a huge impact on most African countries.
This has been compounded by the ongoing war in Ukraine, the withdrawal of USAID which has had major impact, and Africa has been greatly and negatively impacted by this.
Most rural areas in Africa have seen a steady decline in the receipt of help from their central government, and this has been worsened by both the Covid outbreak and withdrawal of USAID by the Trump administration.
It is with this in mind that AFCM has been set up to reach rural areas where poverty is a constant experience, and standard of living is greatly affected.
Lack of basic facilities such as clean water, medical facilities and schools are a reality in these areas, and not only has this affected people’s standard of living, but mortality rate has worsened and the future for younger generation is bleak.
At AFCM our vision is to reach these communities and help bring about transformation by providing the much-needed amenities required.
It is with this vison that I call upon you to join hands with us to make this a reality, and to ensure that we play our part in ensuring that generations coming after us are not only provided with basic amenities that they need, but to provide them with an environment that allows them to thrive and have a better and promising future.
Join hands with us as we empower the men and women in the communities to be self-sustaining and to realise their potential. Together we can make a difference, so I appeal to your kind generosity to join hands with us and let us arise and make a difference.
For who knows if you and I have been raised up in the kingdom for such a time as this.
